Showcase Series Purchasing


General Information

  • Public On-Sale Date: Tickets go on sale at 10:00 AM (Pacific) on Tuesday, March 24. Ticket limit: 10 per performance/order.
    • A pre-sale period for our VIP Donor-Member begins March 2:
    • March 2 – Director’s Circle (3-week presale)
    • March 9 – BenefACTOR (2-week presale)
    • March 16 – Shakespeare Society (1-week presale)
  • Where to Purchase: Ticket buttons activate on the Showcase Series page; dates also activate in the performance calendar. Ticketing webstore activates exactly at 10:00 AM Pacific; refresh the page if you’ve logged on early.
  • Entrance Pass Reminder: Nevada State Parks Entrance Pass required for all vehicles, including rideshare and drop-offs. Entrance passes can be pre-paid anytime up to the day prior to your performance date(s).

Prepare Before Ticket Day

  • Confirm Your Account: Verify login, reset password if needed (12–32 characters, letters and numbers), check spam for reset emails.
  • Billing Info Check: For security, your credit card billing ZIP must match your account with LTSF. Update your account information prior to the sales day to avoid declined transactions.
  • For additional security your bank may request verification prior to authorizing payment.
  • New Patrons: Create your online account prior to ticket day with this link: My Account
  • Email Announcements: We will distribute 2026 Showcase Series ticket launch announcements via email beginning March 18. If you do not already receive our email notifications, you can sign up here
  • An email will be sent at 10:00 AM (Pacific) on Tuesday, March 24, with ticket links.

Purchasing on March 24

  • 10:00 AM Activation: Ticket buttons activate on the Showcase Series page; dates also activate in the performance calendar. Ticketing webstore activates exactly at 10:00 AM Pacific; refresh the page if you’ve logged on early.
  • Online Ordering Tips: Online purchase recommended for fastest service; use “purchase best seating” option during high traffic.
  • Waiting Room Queue: You may be placed in a digital queue; be patient, your place is preserved.
  • Reserved Seating Sells Fast: Consider general admission if reserved seating sells out.
  • Phone Orders: Processed in the order received; be patient and leave only one voicemail message, your place is preserved.
  • Wheelchairs and accessible seating are available for online purchase. No need to call to reserve.
  • No Walk-Up Sales on Launch Day: Online or phone only.

After Your Order

  • Confirmation Email: Check spam if you do not see your confirmation message.
  • Entrance Pass Reminder: Required for each vehicle and can be pre-paid up to the day before your event.
  • Prepare for Your Visit: Review arrival, concessions, and seating information.
