The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival (Festival) is committed to respecting your privacy.

In general, you can visit without revealing any information about yourself. Festival does collect information regarding visitors to our Web site, such as domain name, number of visits, and average time spent in order to measure use and improve the content of our site. We analyze this data for trends and statistics to help us provide you with better service.

There are times, however, when we may request information from you, such as your, name, address, phone number, and e-mail address.  When additional information is requested, we will try to let you know at the time of collection how we intend to use the personal information you provide, such as respond to your inquiry or allow you to access specific information.  We do our best to maintain the accuracy of any personal information you do supply to us.  In addition to the uses for the information you submit to us, we may use personally identifiable information about you to:  contact you for additional information necessary to process or fulfill your order; determine if you are satisfied with our service; inform you that a seating upgrade is available; and/or contact you with information or special offers about the Festival and Festival sponsored events, products, and merchandise.

There are other times, however, such as when you purchase tickets or other products on line, when we may request additional information from you, such as your credit card information for the purchase of tickets and other products.  Any credit card information provided by you will be used for Festival purposes only.

Your name, address, and email information will be shared with Festival Showcase Series partner organizations when you have purchased tickets to that partner’s Showcase Series event.  Otherwise, your information will not be shared with individuals or other companies [such as direct mail organizations or other third parties] unless required by law or your consent.

Our Web sites may provide links to third party sites.  Since we do not control those Web sites, we encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third party sites.

Festival is committed to taking reasonable steps to protect the individual identifying information that you provide. You can help Festival update and maintain the accuracy of any personal information you supply by notifying Festival of any changes to your address, title, phone number or e-mail address.
