Curtain Times

Theatre gates open for ALL seating sections at 5:30pm and each performance begins at 7:30pm.

Seating Areas

Premium Seating

Premium seating includes the best views in our Reserved Seating category of the stage - these seats are located in the first two rows (A & B) and seats 1-8 in rows C-G, Right and Left.  Seating is at your leisure after 5:30pm.  Tickets include a pre-set Adirondack chair and wait service.  If  you would like to take advantage of the wait service in this section, please place your food and beverage orders no later than 6:50pm.  Dinner, drinks and gratuity are not included in ticket price.  Due to limited space, coolers are not allowed in this section.    

Reserved Seating

Seating at your leisure after 5:30pm. Tickets include a preset Adirondack chair and wait service. If you would like to take advantage of the wait service in this section, please place your food and beverage orders no later than 6:50pm. Dinner, drinks and gratuity are not included in ticket price. Due to limited space, coolers are not allowed in this section. 

Lower Gallery Reserved  Seating - NEW for 2010!

These tickets include a preset, assigned beach chair directly behind Reserved Seating - House Right.  

 

Lower Gallery

This section is located between Reserved seating and Upper Gallery seating.  This section includes a first-come-first serve, General Admission preset beach chair for every patron. Please do not bring your own personal chairs into this section of the theater. Coolers and bags are limited in size to no larger than 14" long x 9" wide x 10" tall.

Upper Gallery

This section is located behind the Lower Gallery section; the upper most section of the amphitheatre, in the sand. Bring your own low-back beach chair (approximately 4" leg length maximum), or rent one for $3 at the gate.  Blankets are welcome in this section.


Shuttle Only Tickets - NEW for 2010!

Any patron may purchase this "add on" ticket to take the shuttle.  The Shuttle Only ticket does not come with a pre-set or assigned chair.  Tickets are for admission on to the shuttle bus ONLY.

Shuttles depart every performance night from 948 Incline Way, Incline Village and from The Summit in Reno. Please call our Box Office or add your shuttle only ticket in your cart to reserve your shuttle ride today.  The Reno and Incline shuttle only run, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturdays.   

  • The shuttle service from Reno to Sand Harbor State Park will pick up passengers at 4:00pm daily at: The Summit park and ride lot in Reno.
  • From the Festival's main office at 948 Incline Way, pick-up will occur at 5:15pm daily

Disabled or Wheelchair Seating

Wheelchair and other special needs seating is available, as are assisted listening devices for our hearing impaired patrons.  Please call the Box Office at (800) 74-SHOWS to order your tickets and make arrangements.  Wheelchair patrons will enter the bowl via the wooden walkway that parallels the lake behind the stage.  For all special needs seating, please check in with the on-site Box Office for escort to your seats.  Although we will make every accommodation to seat your entire party together, due to limited seating, we can guarantee to seat only one companion guest with each patron.  If that is the case, additional guests will be seated as closely as possible.  Patrons using assisted listening devices will be asked for a drivers license or credit card as a deposit only, to be returned at the conclusion of the performance upon return of the device. There is no actual charge for the use of device.

Service animals, who are individually trained to perform tasks for patrons with disabilities, are permitted. Service animals are considered working animals, not pets, which are strictly prohibited in Nevada State Park at Sand Harbor.

Youth Tickets

Youth tickets are valid for guests15-years-old and younger for all performances and are for seating in the Lower or Upper Gallery seating sections only. 

Free Lap Child

Children age 2 and under may attend the performances for free as a Lap Child of a patron seated in the Lower and Upper Gallery. There are no Lap Children permitted in the Reserve and Lower Gallery Reserved seating sections. Due to a limited number of seats in the Lower Gallery and Lower Gallery Reserved sections, children who require their own seat must purchase one at the youth rate.
