Young Shakespeare needs your HELP!

The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival is pleased to announce that our D.G. Menchetti Young Shakespeare program has been granted a $40,000 1:1 matching grant from the D.W. Reynolds Foundation. What does a ’1:1 matching grant’ mean? This means that in order for the Young Shakespeare program to receive the funds we have to match the $40,000 and we only have 2 months to do so! The LTSF is asking for your support.

The LTSF educational outreach programs serve to inspire the next generation of theatre goers. Whether it’s through our InterACT workshops that bring Shakespeare to our local schools, or our D.G. Menchetti Young Shakespeare FREE performances series, The Lake Tahoe Shakespeare Festival is proud to share our passion for theatre and for Shakespeare, with our community.

Please help us continue to bring these valuable and much needed FREE programs to the youth of the Reno/Lake Tahoe Region. Even the smallest donation will help us reach our goal of matching this $40,000 grant.
